With Occupational Heat Stress affecting the workforce whether in outdoor or indoor work environments during our unpredictable North Dakota Spring to Fall weather time frame, this training will provide information on how heat stress can affect your daily work activities, personal risk factors which can help accelerate heat illness, how your body works to counteract heat issues, how to protect yourself and others when working in the heat (PPE and Work Activities), how you are protected at work and First Aid measures to be taken when heat illness affects your co-worker or you.
