WSI online services will be unavailable from 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9 through 8 a.m. Monday, Oct. 12 as we prepare to introduce new and expanded myWSI services.
During this time, myWSI and most WSI online services will be unavailable. Customers should plan to complete time-sensitive online transactions before scheduled maintenance begins.
If you need to submit a First Report of Injury while our systems are offline, you can use the paper First Report of Injury form and email the completed form to [email protected] or fax to 888-786-8695.
When services return, customers will see new and expanded myWSI features, including an updated online injury reporting experience and additional online services for employees.
