The presentation will break down examples of sexual harassment, discuss laws and legal implications of sexual harassment in the workplace and highlight prevention strategies. The presentation will also provide information about what employees and supervisors/managers should do in the event that sexual harassment occurs in the workplace.

In Substance Abuse, what it is and why it exists we'll discuss why people abuse alcohol and other drugs, the progression of the disease and healthy alternatives to substance abuse.

In  managing and responding to anger we'll cover stages of conflict and ways to identify those in ourselves and others, ideas will be given on how to decrease the occurrence of explosive episodes, and suggestions for methods of interacting with others who are angry are offered.
