Payroll Reporting is an easy and confidential way for employers
to submit their annual payroll information electronically to Workforce Safety & Insurance (WSI). Reporting online will speed up payroll processing time and reduce paperwork.
In order to ensure confidentiality, employers (or their designated users) must provide
their account number and the online access code as shown on page one of their annual payroll report.
If support is needed during the Payroll Reporting process, we are here to help! Please carefully
read all instructions, as they will guide you step-by-step through each page. The instructions
will tell you what information is required before you will be allowed to proceed.
when you are ready to begin.
