Claim Lookup Application

Did you know WSI provides a Claim Lookup application? The Claim Lookup application allows a medical provider to search for important claim-related information, such as the WSI claim number, date of injury, claim status, and injured body part. This application is found at www.workforcesafety.com under the Quick Links.

For a pharmacy working with an injured employee covered by WSI, the claim number and date of injury are also available on the injured employee’s prescription card, issued by Integrated Pharmacy Management.
