Relaxation Techniques for Stress Management  will cover the following:

There are many different types of relaxation exercises people can use to help de-stress their lives. We will be reviewing common responses to stress, then we’ll cover different types of stress management practices so that you may find one that fits for you. There will also be an opportunity to try a couple of the exercises during this presentation

Themes & Objectives:

  • Identify common responses to stress
  • Learn different approaches to stress management and ways to incorporate them into daily living.
  • Provide opportunities to utilize stress relief practices.
