Changes Made to Experience Rate Report

The Experience Rate Report that is issued prior to renewal for each employer account that qualifies for an Experience Rate has changed. Now called the Experience Rate Calculation, the form details the Experience Rate information in a table format for easier review of information. Highlighted below are the changes made to this notice.
