Additional Information on New Pharmacy Benefit Manager

Workforce Safety and Insurance previously published an article about transitioning to a new pharmacy benefit manager, Integrated Prescription Management (IPM). This article provides additional information on submitting pharmacy charges through IPM.

To ensure the proper processing of a prescription, the following information is required:

• BIN Number: 014658
• Rx Group Number: 8001
• PCN: WSI
• ID Number: WSI Claim Number or Social Security Number
• Date of Injury

Prior to submitting a charge through IPM, if a pharmacy utilizes a third-party vendor and has not informed the vendor of the change to IPM, the pharmacy will need to contact their vendor first.
