Marijuana Legalization Impacts on Drug Testing Programs will cover the following:
The northern plain states will all have legalized marijuana by summer of 2021. This has a large impact on company drug testing policies and drug testing programs. Dr. Blanchard will review ways to navigate the conflicting federal and state laws to avoid discrimination, yet provide a safe workplace.
