Trenching and Excavating for the Competent Person  will cover the following:

OSHA will discuss problems they’ve seen in the field and what is expected of employers for correcting/preventing these violations. OSHA will discuss expectations of a competent person and how to conduct manual, visual and atmospheric evaluations.  We will also discuss recent criminal prosecutions and how employers can be impacted by this.
