Sexual Harassment in the Workplace

The Sexual Harassment in the Workplace presentation was created to help inform employees and supervisors/managers about the impact of sexual harassment in the workplace. The presentation will break down examples of sexual harassment, discuss laws and legal implications of sexual harassment in the workplace and highlight prevention strategies. The presentation will also provide information about what employees and supervisors/managers should do in the event that sexual harassment occurs in the workplace. Specific attention will be given to the employer's role in prevention and policy making and the supervisor's role in responding to sexual harassment claims.
