Workers' Compensation Coverage for COVID-19 Extended to Include Funeral Service Personnel

On April 16, 2020, Governor Burgum issued an amended order, Executive Order 2020-12.1, for extending workers’ compensation coverage for COVID-19 for funeral service personnel. WSI's Coronavirus (COVID-19) Frequently Asked Questions for Employees has been updated to reflect this change.
