WSI recently enhanced the Utilization Review (UR) application in myWSI, WSI's online portal. For a request completed on or after October 22, 2020, a registered user may now track the request online through the Check UR Status function and also immediately access the UR recommendation letter. The letter will be available for 10 days from the date of the decision.
The update also allows non-registered myWSI users to submit a UR form online. Submitting a UR request as a non-registered user, however, does not allow access to the full functionality of the application, such as tracking the request. To register for a myWSI account and access full application features, complete the myWSI Portal Registration (M14) form.
