As a Seasonal Maintenance Worker you will be assisting with the upkeep and maintenance of the buildings and grounds at the Camp Grafton Training Center in Devils Lake, ND. Duties include providing consistent maintenance services while adhering to safety practices and procedures. The following is a summary of the job responsibilities; this is not an all-inclusive list.The position of a Seasonal Maintenance Worker is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor by maintaining the buildings and grounds on the training site. You will be mowing, trimming trees and shrubs, landscaping, maintaining sprinkler systems, painting, etc.In this position, you must have the ability to operate and use power tools, grounds maintenance equipment, work in varying weather conditions for extended periods of time, possess and maintain a valid driver's license and lift in excess of 25 lbs.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 16 years of age or older, eligible to work in the United States and successfully complete the interview process, reference checks and background investigation. Preference will be given to those individuals that have experience in grounds keeping.

The Custodian performs custodial services for all assigned buildings at the Minot Armed Forces Reserve Center in Minot, ND. Duties include providing consistent custodial services while adhering to safety practices and procedures. The following is a summary of the job responsibilities; this is not an all-inclusive list.The position of the Custodian is to assist the Custodial Supervisor in maintaining and restocking inventory supplies. The Custodian will perform cleaning of restrooms, hallways, classrooms, sweep, mop, scrub floors and other surfaces, vacuum and clean carpets and entrance mats, strip, seal and wax floors, wash windows etc.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and may be required to work some weekends or additional hours if needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Successful completion of the interview process, reference checks and background investigation. Preference will be given to individuals with custodial experience.

Individuals at this level perform routine work in the maintenance and repair of HVAC&R systems and/or power plant equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or GED and three years of work experience in the maintenance and repair of heating plant equipment, heating and ventilation equipment, or air conditioning systems. College coursework in a field related to position responsibilities may substitute for the work experience on a year-for-year basis.
