Is there a way to change the font size for easier reading?

Yes, you have the ability to change the font size of our web application pages through your browser. You can choose to increase or decrease the font size to your preference.

  • Internet Explorer
Choose View > Text Size from the top browser menu. Then pick from the available size choices given.

  • Netcape Navigator
Choose View > Text Size/Zoom from the top browser menu. Then pick from the available size choices given.

I have concerns about sending company information over the internet. Is my information secure?

Yes, your information is secure. All information that is submitted through our online services is encrypted as it travels across the Internet. By doing this, there is no way that anyone could understand the data if they were able to intercept it. We are using Secure Sockets Layer(SSL) technology. To verify when your information is being run through SSL security, look for a 'lock' icon on the bottom status bar of your browser as shown below.

I would like to save a copy of my final form of information as an electronic file instead of a paper printout. Can I save my printable form to a file?

Yes, it is possible to save your printable form directly to an electronic file. Once you are viewing your printable form:

  1. Choose File > Save As from the menu bar at the top of the browser.
  2. You will need to select a location to save this file to.
  3. You will need to change the file's name from an extension of '.asp' to an extension of '.htm'.
  4. A folder of images will also be created at the same location. The folder will be named the same as the file. This folder of images is necessary to view the form.

Any time you need to view this form in the future, you simply locate your saved '.htm' file and open it. It will open in your web browser where you can view or print it.
