What web browsers are supported?

  • Version 5.5 and 6.0 of Microsoft's Internet Explorer
  • Version 6.2, 7.0, 7.1, and 7.2 of Netscape's Navigator

If you would like to download and install one of the two browsers, click on the corresponding icon below.

NOTE: These downloads are free and only need to be installed once for continued use (with the exception of future product updates). We cannot guarantee success if you use any other internet browser.

Do I need Adobe's Acrobat Reader?

Yes, the Adobe Acrobat Reader is used frequently on our web site. If you intend to use the Claim filing online service, you will need to have this reader installed.

To download the product, click on the icon below. If you have any problems instaling this product, see our Installation Help page for information.

Do I need JavaScript on my computer?

Yes, in order to use our online services, you must have JavaScript enabled. Please enable JavaScript by following the instructions below that pertain to the web browser that you are using.

  • Microsoft's Internet Explorer directions:
    1. On your browser menu, click Tools > Internet Options.
    2. Choose the Security tab.
    3. Highlight Internet then click the "Custom Level" button.
    4. Scroll down until you see Scripting.
    5. Under "Active Scripting", pick the Enable option.
    6. Click "Ok."
    7. You will receive a message box asking if you are sure you would like to make the security setting change.
    8. Click "Yes."
    9. Click "Ok."

  • Netscape Navigator 6.X directions:
    1. On your browser menu, click Edit > Preferences.
    2. Choose the Advanced category on the left-hand side.
    3. Click "Advanced".
    4. Check "Enable JavaScript for Navigator" check box.
    5. Click "Ok."

  • Netscape Navigator 7.X directions:
    1. On your browser menu, click Edit > Preferences.
    2. Choose the Advanced category on the left-hand side (if no sub categories are visible double click the category to expand the list).
    3. Click "Scripts & Plugins".
    4. Make sure "Navigator" check box is checked.
    5. Click "Ok."

 

Do I have to allow cookies on my computer?

Yes, in order to use our online services, you must have session cookies enabled. Please enable cookies by following the instructions below that pertain to the web browser you are using.

  • Microsoft's Internet Explorer 5.x directions:
    1. On your browser menu, click Tools > Internet Options.
    2. Choose the Security tab.
    3. Highlight Internet, then click the "Custom Level button.
    4. Scroll down until you see Cookies.
    5. Under "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer", pick the Enable option.
    6. Under "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)", pick the Enable option.
    7. Click "Ok".
    8. You will receive a message box asking if you are sure you would like to make the security setting change.
    9. Click "Yes."
    10. Click "Ok."

  • Microsoft's Internet Explorer 6.x directions:
    1. On your browser menu, click Tools > Internet Options.
    2. Choose the Privacy tab.
    3. Click the "Advanced" button.
    4. Check the "Always allow session cookies" option.
    5. Click "Ok".

  • Netscape Navigator 6.x directions:
    1. On your browser menu, click Edit > Preferences.
    2. Choose the Privacy and Security category on the left-hand side (if no sub categories are visible double click the category to expand the list).
    3. Click "Cookies".
    4. Click the "Enable all cookies" radio button.
    5. Click "Ok."

  • Netscape Navigator 7.x directions:
    1. On your browser menu, click Edit > Preferences.
    2. Choose the Privacy and Security category on the left-hand side (if no sub categories are visible double click the category to expand the list).
    3. Click on sub category Cookies.
    4. Click the "Enable all cookies based on privacy settings" radio button.
    5. Click "Ok."
