North Dakota Workforce Safety & Insurance (WSI) contracts with Helios, a national pharmacy benefit management company, to process pharmacy charges through their program known as tmesys®. This partnership allows access to over 65,000 pharmacies, nationwide, while providing an efficient process for the pharmacies. Use the Pharmacy Locator to find a participating pharmacy.

A pharmacy filling a medication must submit charges electronically to tmesys®. To contract with tmesys®, contact them directly at 866-599-5426.

Durable Medical Equipment

For Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or supply items (i.e. gauze, tape etc.); submit charges to WSI in paper format or electronically in the CMS 1500 format. WSI does not directly reimburse injured workers for medications, DME or supply items.
