You can assist an employer by accepting selection as their designated medical provider. This designation allows you to gain a solid base of knowledge about an employer's business, which will assist you in making decisions on return-to-work issues. It also allows for a mutual understanding between you and the employer of the respective goals in the healing and return-to-work process.
