US Script
Robert Bagdasarian RPH and Glen Merrits CPA formed US Script in 1999. Both have more than 20 years experience in managed care and pharmacy benefit management. The claims adjudication software was developed internally by US Script and is independent from any affiliations with drug companies or pharmacy chains.

US Script makes payments to pharmacies on a bi-weekly basis.

Participating pharmacies can be found by using the US Script pharmacy locator on the US Script website at http://www.usscript.com/Script/members-locator.jsp. Enter 8001 in the Group ID, the Zip Code of the area to be searched and click on the Submit button. The search can be modified to include contracted pharmacies within a 5, 10, or 15 mile area.

US Script offers a support staff through their call center. The call center is open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.
