Many forms accessible from this site are in Portable Document Format (PDF). Adobe Acrobat Reader is free software that lets you view and print PDF Files. You may need to download the reader if you have not already done so. This is a free, one-time process.

To download the reader software you will need to go to Adobe’s web site and choose the appropriate Reader file for your computer. Click on the Adobe logo at the bottom of this paragraph to go to Adobe's download web page. Once you have downloaded the new software, follow Adobe’s directions for installation.

Some publications accessible from this site are in HyperText Markup Language (HTML). To print the HTML document from the document window, press the <Ctrl> & <P> keys and the print dialog will pop up for you.
