When does my insurance coverage go into effect?
If you submit an online application for insurance, coverage is effective upon the receipt of that electronic submission. If you mail your application to WSI, your coverage is effective as of the date stamp applied on the date that the application is received at WSI. If you fax your application (701-328-3750) to WSI, your coverage is effective as of the date it is received by the WSI fax machine.
When is just an affidavit of non-employment applicable?
An affidavit can be used when you are applying for a contractor’s license and have no employees.
