Payroll
If I don’t have any employee wages or payroll, do I still need to complete the annual payroll report?
Yes. WSI needs to know the status of your employee activity on an annual basis and whether you wish to keep your account open. If you wish to close your account you can sign at the bottom of the first page of the report and fax or mail it for processing.
