Experience Rates

The question was asked if a claim is initially accepted and later denied due to a positive test for drugs, does WSI include that claim in the experience rate calculation

That claim should NOT be included in the experience rate calculation. If the claim shows up on their account, contact WSI so we can do a re-calculation for them.
