What is the purpose of obtaining All States Insurance?

Our All States Coverage program provides a solution and a sense of security to those North Dakota employers who have employees working temporarily outside the state. By enrolling in our All States Coverage program, you can now be assured that when your employees travel into “most states, they, and your business, will be protected in the event a work-related injury occurs. The additional policy allows WSI to provide assistance to the employer should the other states jurisdiction deem them uninsured.
